The Diet: Week 2

Current Weight: 240 lbs

Change: -1 lb

I started the week off well but wasn’t as good as I should have been towards the end of the week. Weekends have always posed a challenge so I have to be more mindful of that. I also have to carve out time to work out. I haven’t been as diligent with my daily schedule as I’d like to be. So my Goals for this week:

  • Eat better (esp. on weekend)
  • Work out at least 3 times.

How I’m Staying Organized in 2017

It’s no secret I love stationary. I recently posted a photo of the above notebooks on Instagram and a grammar school friend remembered my affinity for pads and pens even then; she told a story of how I convinced her to buy this cool troll pen at a book fair in first grade. I’m also constantly…

  • Favorites of 2017

It’s that time of year again! This has quickly become my favorite post to write, because it lets me reflect on the year and think about all of the good things I’ve enjoyed. Last year I started a new blog over on Medium, mostly to test out the platform. I think I came in shy…
