Attention, overwhelmed solopreneurs…
Are You Finally Ready to Stop Doing Everything Yourself?
Tell me if this sounds familiar: you knock off for the weekend, ready to spend some time relaxing. Except you can’t. You find yourself constantly checking email, worried that something horrible will happen that can’t wait until Monday.
You’re sitting at dinner and realize that you forgot to do that thing that only you can do — because you don’t have a system in place for someone or something else to do it.
It’s time to stop doing everything yourself. With the right systems in place, you can automate, delegate, and delete things from your to do list. This will save you 14+ hours per week — guaranteed.
You just need the guidance to understand where you can save time, and the expertise to implement the plan. That’s where I come in.
I Know Because I’ve Been There.

After my first daughter was born in 2017, I noticed a monumental shift in my time. I used to run a side hustle nearly full time, while also maintaining a full time job at a demanding agency.
But, as they say, kids change everything. I didn’t seem to have enough time in the day to run my own business, while also making time for my family.
I’d have to choose between taking on new, necessary work, and spending time with my family. That killed me. The whole reason I left my agency job was to avoid that choice.
Then our babysitter quit. With my flexible schedule, I took on more parenting duties. But my business suffered, and we needed the income it brought in.
Then the pandemic hit. My wife, a nurse, was working more than ever. That left me with even MORE parenting demands, and an increasing amount of work.
Something had to give. In July 2020 we welcomed our son. Two small kids, no school, and a wife who was a much-needed ICU nurse. The something finally gave.
Shortly after she went back to work, I suffered my first ever panic attack. My heart raced, I started crying uncontrollably. I was freaking out, sitting on my kitchen floor while my 4-month-old cried in the next room and my 3-year-old looked on in shock.
Then she brought me a bottle of water and said, “Everything will be OK, Daddy.”
It wasn’t OK, and I knew I had to make big changes. So I did.
- I doggedly protected my time to make sure I was able to actually do the work that brought in money.
- I took a look at everything I did, and removed, automated, or delegated anything that didn’t require my brain or skills.
- I reviewed all the tools I used in my business to make sure they were actually helping me, not costing me time and money.
I created a method for making sure this wouldn’t happen again. I call it The Solopreneur Sweep.
I ended up saving about 14 hours per week after going through this process. It helped so much that when our youngest was born on Christmas Eve just 13 months later, I took 6 weeks off for Christmas break and paternity.
My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner — when I saw the first warning signs back when our babysitter quit, 2 years before my panic attack.
Now I want to help as many solopreneurs as possible create the time and space they need to actually do the work that matters.
So you can take time off, worry-free. So you can grow without sacrificing family time. So you don’t have to choose between their health and business.
So let me ask you: what would you do with 14 extra hours per week?
14 more hours to spend with your family. To actually work on your book. To reach out to sponsors. To do whatever you want.
This is no cookie-cutter program. This is 1-on-1 coaching to get you the best results as fast as possible. Interested?
1-on-1 Coaching for Overwhelmed Solopreneurs
1-on-1 solopreneur systems coaching is a great solution for busy solopreneurs who want to grow their business without spending all of their time on it…or burning out. Here’s how it works.
We’ll walk through The Solopreneur Sweep Method and:
- Review how you’re spending your time and how you manage your meetings
- Look at your tasks and how you decide what work to do, and when
- Audit your entire tech stack to see where we can save you time and money, and make you more efficient.
Then we’ll create a plan I’ll work closely with you to implement — so you’re both accountable, and not flying blind.
What this gets you…
After doing the Sweep and implementing our plan, you won’t just have a “better workflow” or perfect automations.
You’ll have freedom. Freedom to step away from your desk when you want, without worrying that your business will fall apart. Freedom to take a vacation without your laptop. Freedom from the overwhelming feeling that you need to check your email.
This will give you more time and space for what matters…whether it’s your highest impact work, spending time with your family, or just taking an afternoon off.
