I have decided to redo the layout for my blog. This means the website is going to be more like a construction site over the next few days/weeks. Dude to the massive amounts of spam that I just got today (over ~50 messages in a few hours), I installed teh wordpress plug-in called “bot-check”. Its a pretty simple modification that makes the commenter put in a 6 digit code (that is generated at random) and checks teh number before the comment is added. It is just like most sites that do user sign ups where u have to input a word or characters before u sign up to make sure its not a spam bot. Hopefully this will be a nice way to stop all these comments from being sent to my inbox saying “backgammon skgadldsfdsafas/as…. Later!
Basically what was happening was a plug in called “Bot Checker”, which I go to prevent spam, was sending a variable called “human” back with the value “invalid”. The checker checked this value and if it was ‘invalid’ then the comment wasnt posting. So I just disabled the plug in. Ill have to find a new one if I want to prevent spam. Later!

I just upgraded! YAY. You will probably be looking at this layout for a couple of days which i decide if I want a new one, or whether to incorporate it into my new project. Either way it will be alot of fun. I just got it, but it seems to be alot cooler than 1.2. You can create new pages, switch between templates and create your own, as well as a bunch of other stuff im probably missing. So if you use Word Press, get the upgrade here. If you don’t have word press, read up
But you cant see it. I really just moved it over to a different server. You see no difference. This is because I am working on a new website thats going to be freakin sweet when its done. I swear to you all you will love it. Its basically something similar to this site, where i combine my personal stuff with my professional stuff, resources, tech stuff, projects and much much more! Its on Dec. 5th and its $10 to go to the city and $20 to see the show as well- the show is Movin’ Out. It will be a good time, and my lovely friend Sarah planned it. It will be a good time- so if you go to the U, you should def. go.
