This Apple Shortcuts setup captures every idea by voice and auto-sorts it into the right app — so quick capture never turns into a messy pile to triage.

I walk through my Quick Capture launcher shortcut: one tap on the lock screen, I talk out an idea, and Apple Intelligence titles it before filing it to Obsidian, Drafts, my Notion episode database, or my YouTube ideas list based on the type of idea. The trick is a launcher shortcut that calls smaller shortcuts, so nothing breaks and I walk into weekly triage with almost no mental load.
