What are Automation Conditions?

Want your automations to be smarter — not just faster?

We’ve already covered triggers and actions — now it’s time to talk about the third puzzle piece: conditions.

Conditions let you check if something is true before letting the automation move forward.

Let’s say I have a 6PM automation that turns my office lights red so I know it's the end of the workday. But I only want that to happen Monday through Friday. Simple fix: add a condition. “Is it a weekday?” If yes, continue. If no, do nothing.

Same thing applies in business.

If someone signs up for Form A, send them PDF A. If it’s Form B, they get PDF B instead.

Or say you have a coaching form… You could tag someone in your CRM based on answers like how much they're currently investing in their business.

Triggers and actions are great. But smart automations are powered by solid conditions.
