Zapier Tutorial: Update Airtable When File is Added to Dropbox

Automation is all about taking repetitive, time consuming, or forgettable tasks and putting the on autopilot. This allows you to focus on what matters! Well, one thing I’ve been doing manually for years is updating the status of various podcast episodes in the production pipeline – but there’s at least one step I don’t need to do – hopefully. Watch as I try to create a Zap for the first time that will update the status of a podcast episode from “Out for Edit” to “Edited,” based on when the finalized episode is added to Dropbox. You’ll learn how to use Zapier – the trials, the error, and the thrilling conclusion!
