Interesting Links for June 21, 2013

Happy 1st official day of summer. The Internet has been particularly good this week so I wanted to share some of the interesting links I’ve come across.

My 7 Day Workweek Experiment (and why I won’t stick with it): Joel over at @likehacker tried a new work routine in hopes of forming better habits. Pretty interesting experiment that goes against what most people are preaching these days.

Why ‘The Phantom Menace’ is one of the Best Movie Trailers of all Time: I love @starwars and all of the movies (yes even the prequels) but admittedly Phantom Menace was a train wreck in some ways. The trailer, however, is amazing.

If PHP Were British: This is fantastic.

7 Ways to Monetize Your Speaking: There are a few really good tips here, especially for anyone looking to make a career our of speaking.

modern.IE: Microsoft has released a really nifty tool for testing older versions of IE.

Xbox One to Drop DRM, Internet Connection Requirement: Speaking of Microsoft, it seems they have also done a 180 on all of the annoying things regarding the Xbox One. Hooray!
