• You still need to have a good idea.
• You still need to be clear about the goals and features.
• You still need to understand what a good user experience is.
• You still need to be able to articulate what you want clearly.
• You need to be able to break up the features into clear, communicable prompts.
• You still need to architect the software — just not with code, but with phases and testing and feedback.
• You still need to have an understanding of the development process, even if AI is walking you through it.
• You still need to be able to do 400 other things that aren’t related to writing code.
• You still need to be able to test it.
• You still need to be able to debug it.
• You still need to consider how people will actually use your app, and in what contexts.

Telling an AI to make an app is not app development, just like telling a 5 year old to draw a Picasso isn’t a Picasso.
